Every patient is someone's family
After more than 5,000 surgical procedures, the principle hasn't changed. Every case begins with the same question: every patient has a story and what would I want for my own family? That means reviewing every scan personally before a patient arrives. It means assembling the right team: neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, otolaryngologists, neuro-oncologists. All perspectives are considered.
The commitment to minimally invasive approaches isn't about technology for its own sake. It's about preserving neurological function, returning patients to their families with the quality of life they came in with, or better. Precision technology, conscious surgery techniques, and decades of pioneering research all serve this single purpose: serving the patient and their family. Every patient is worried about what is going to happen to me and when. Our job is to address that.
